At Chai Direct UK our priority is our customer, and we want to make sure you are always pleased with your purchase, this is why we provide a stress-free returns procedure should you need to return any goods back to us.
We always try to ensure all the goods we send to our customers go through a quality assurance. If for any reason the goods you receive are defective, return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it in and we will arrange a refund or for a replacement product to be sent to you. We will pay the cost of returning the goods back to us.
If you have simply had a change of heart you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please return the goods to us in perfect, un-opened and re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc). You must not write anything on the goods, its packaging or instructions. Please note that the costs of returning your goods must be paid by you. You must arrange and pay for the cost of returning the goods yourself. We recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage.

What will happen next?
We will contact you to confirm acknowledgment of your request to return the goods and provide with you guidance on how to return your goods to us.
After we receive your goods, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
